Weekend Course - Taking Your Family History Research Further

Friday 30th November 2018 - Saturday 2nd February 2019

A weekend course ideal for intermediate students and those with some experience. All are welcome and it will also benefit those on the Correspondence Course in Genealgy, Broadening Your Family Tree and Completing Your Ancestral Journey courses. It is to be held at The Institute in Canterbury. It is also a great opportunity to learn about new topics, obtain research advice and meet fellow family historians and course tutors and use the library facilities.

11.00 am Advanced Palaeography - Tutorial in deciphering handwriting in old documents essential for progress back to the 17th century
