Kent Ecclesiastical Court Depositions Index
If you have ancestors from Kent, then the Kent Ecclesiastical Court Depositions Index is something that could help your research. Covering the period from the 1500s to the 1700s, it was compiled by Kent historian Duncan Harrington. Prior to his death in 2023, he was a the President of Kent Family History Society as well as a Fellow of both the Society of Antiquities and the Society of Genealogists. This Index was put together over many years, and after his death it was brought together by Dr David Wright.
