Our online member area offers a range of benefits, including access to our Family History Journal digital archive, exclusive digital copies of IHGS publications and maps, 10% discount on distance learning courses, recorded talks, books and physical copies of maps.

Our monthly recorded talk is free to members through the member area and will be available to watch for a month.

Current members can log in immediately to access the new content, while new visitors are encouraged to join and explore the benefits of membership.

Associate Membership of the Institute is open to all.

Free Graduate Membership is also available to those who have obtained the Diploma in Genealogy or Licentiateship of The Institute of Heraldic and Genealogical Studies. For more details contact admin@ihgs.ac.uk.
