Bitesize Courses

NEW! Bitesize Online Courses

At IHGS, we take pride in the knowledge and decades of experience our team brings to the learning journey, giving students the confidence and assurance to research their own family history.

To help us do this, we have refreshed our online courses. We are using a new online learning platform that will provide our students with a more interactive, accessible, and flexible learning experience. Our new Bitesize Courses, based on our Distance Learning Courses, will support you to study at your own pace, and to focus on essential skills and resources to trace your family roots.

The courses are suitable for beginners and experienced genealogists alike, offering an inspiring journey of discovery.

Each self-assessed course focusses on a specific topic allowing you to pick and choose the courses right for you – you can study one at a time, or delve into a few topics!

IHGS Bitesize courses can be purchased through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) by clicking the link below, you will need to set up a free account on the VLE to enrol on the course.

More courses are being added!
