How to Draw a Pedigree Tree Using Your Computer

The course will demonstrate how traditional pedigrees can be created using Microsoft PowerPoint and will be particularly attractive to those wishing to undertake commissioned work, students on the Correspondence Course in Genealogy and for those who want to correctly display their ancestral lines. The course will be led by Les Mitchinson, IHGS Director of Education and AGRA Vice Chair, who has been running the pedigree module for a number of years. To gain the maximum benefit from the module you should have a working knowledge of computers and have the use of a personal laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint installed.
