If you are going to advertise yourself as a professional researcher then your presentation to the client is the ‘window display’ of your business - a reflection on you.  If you are seeking to gain membership of AGRA then you will need to submit a client report to be assessed by the AGRA Board of Assessors. Similarly, one of the requirements of the Diploma in Genealogy is to conduct research and to produce a client report, describing the results of your research. This module will cover the key components that comprise a client report and offer tips on how to manage research tasks.
