Congratulations to the Royal couple on the announcement by St James' Palace on Monday December 3rd, that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby.
The couple's first born will be third in line to the throne after Prince Charles and Prince William. Prince Harry will relinquish his position in the order of succession.
If the baby is a girl, the government believes she will make royal family history. They intend to change the ancient laws which place males ahead of females in the line of succession. The government are insistent that she will be Head of State of Britain and, as they stand, the 15 other countries where the Queen still reigns.
