This year's examinations results have been confirmed. We are pleased to announce that the following candidates achieved the Certificate in Genealogy, Vanessa Christie, Susan Humphrey and Richard Nunn (with distinction). The Higher Certificate in Genealogy was awarded to Lucy Browne, Lorna Kinnaird, Sue Mabbutt, Anne Maybury and Glenis Muckle. The Diploma in Genealogy went to Karen Cummings and Diana Miller.
This year we were delighted to award our highest qualification The Licentiateship in Heraldry and Genealogy to Patricia Smith for her thesis The Genealogical Value of Hatchments in Some East Kent Churches.
Many of the certificates were presented to the successful candidates at this year"s Awards Day. Next year's examinations will take place on the 13th and 20th June.
