Shipping and Returns

All goods, unless specifically stated, are dispatched to you in new condition and securely packaged. If any item is received damaged or faulty, please return it to us for immediate replacement.

If for any reason you would like to return the book or map you have purchased, we will refund the full cost of the item or exchange it for another title, provided we are notified of your intentions within 30 days. The delivery charges will not be refunded. If you would like to exchange the item please note that we may charge you the delivery cost.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange software that has been opened, unless it proves to be faulty. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected by the returns policy. Any returns should be clearly addressed to:
