Zoom Tutorials with Simon Fowler

There are still places for Simon Fowler’s two Zoom talks on finding missing ancestors and newspapers. Simon is an experienced lecturer and researcher and has written many books on genealogical research. He is also on the Council of AGRA.


Simon says: "I have helped hundreds of people trace ancestors who were supposedly missing, but almost always they eventually turn up. I hope this session will give you some pointers about how to find the men and women who should appear on your family tree but don’t at the moment." He adds that: "newspapers are my favourite records, as they are full of stories about our ancestors that you can’t find elsewhere. And as so much is now online they are easy to use. So, what’s not to like." Simon will be giving two talks:
